Delirium: Multiplayer Live Streaming
Delirium is a live streaming platform that allows gamers to post and view multiple streams on a single channel.
Gaming content creators will often live stream their gameplay with other creators, but each creator has to stream their video on separate channels. With Delirium, they can live stream at the same time on the same channel. Delirium allows viewers to watch multiple live stream feeds in the same place - in real time! Now you can watch your favorite gamers interact, pick and choose what you want to view, and how you want to view it with advanced controls.
As a UX/UI designer, you'll design a fun and exciting multiplayer live streaming platform for gamers. You'll design for both creators and viewers. You'll create an easy streaming experience for content creators and customizable viewing experience for viewers.
CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE
On Delirium, viewers will get to choose whether they want to watch all live streams at the same time, or focus on certain videos; they can mute, hide, or focus on whatever video they choose. The viewing experience is in the viewer's hands. The design will need to handle an easy streaming experience for content creators and advanced viewing controls for viewers to create an awesome experience.
You'll be given a requirements packet and an example of successful design just like if you were working as a designer in a top tech company. From there, you'll hone your design skills by solving the product and user problems. When you have a final design, you can add to it to your portfolio.
You'll be tasked with designing the major flows for Delirium's core features at medium and high fidelities. You will need to optimize your designs for desktop.
